The students have to pay more for hot water.

At our school, the students pay for tuition, and accommodation, food and books. They pay for me out of their own pockets and anything else the school can think to change them for.

HOT WATER is EXTRA!

This means that the poor kids who go to my school can't afford to have a warm bath on a cold morning. This might not seem like much to you now, in your warm Ausie summer. But at the moment here it is winter. It got down to 10 degrees a few weeks ago. MonGOT! Pretty harsh I think.
